Stuffed Cabbage (serves 6)

1 large Head Cabbage
1/2 lb Hamburger, browned
1 C Rice, cooked
1 large Onion Minced
2 T Fat to grease baking dish
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 10 oz can Tomato Soup
1/2 C Sour Cream

Core the cabbage head and boil until leaves are tender, drain and cool

Mix Hamburger, Rice, minced Onion, Salt & Pepper together and roll 1/3 C into each Cabbage leaf. Place into greased baking dish.

Pour the can of Tomato Soup over all and bake for 45 minutes @ 350

Add sour cream 5 minutes before finished.
