Thanksgiving Stuffing (easy recipe) Serves 8-10

This is a very simple stuffing (filling, dressing) with traditional flavors.

1 Gallon Bread Cubes (Just cube up bread as it is getting old and add to a bag in the freezer until you have enough)
1 C Celery, chopped
1 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1/4 C Dried Parsley
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1/2 C Melted Butter

Saute Celery and Onions in butter until they begin to soften. Add Broth, Salt, Pepper and Parsley. Toss together with bread cubes.

Place mixture in a greased casserole dish. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
