400F for 15-20 Min, Serves lots.
2 C Bran Buds (save remainder of the 22 oz box until the end)
1 C Canola Oil
2 C Water, Boiling
Mix together Bran, oil, water and then set aside to cool
3 C Sugar
4 Eggs
5 C Flour
1 Quart Buttermilk
5 t Baking Soda
2 t salt
Mix together these ingredients and then add in the Custard above. Finally, mix in the remainder of the box of bran.
Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 400F for 15-20 min.
