BeefBurger Casserole

Ingredients:
1 C Rice
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 C Chopped Onions
1 C Diced Celery
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Can Chicken Rice Soup
1 Can Mushrooms
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 Can Chow Mein Noodles
Note: Don’t add additional salt! The canned soups have plenty

Directions

Rinse and steam the rice in 1 1/4 cups of water until tender – about 20 minutes or so. While rice is steaming, saute the meat and vegetables.

Mix the rice, meat, vegetables, soups and soy sauce thoroughly and pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Top with Noodles to serve
