This is a recipe found in Marlane’s archives from RGC
Cook 6 large potatoes – mash and add a little milk for medium consistency (need a definition of medium… 🙂 )
Add: 1 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/4 C Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 T Onion, Finely Chopped
2 T Parsley
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish
Bake about 1 hour @ 350 uncovered
