Whole Wheat Rolls

Makes 4 Dozen

Dissolve 2 pkgs of yeast in 3/4 C lukewarm water

combine:

3 C warm water
2 Eggs
1 C dry Milk Powder
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
1/3 C Sugar
2 t Salt

Add the yeast mixture from above

In a large mixer combine 6 C White Flour, 4 C Whole Wheat Flour and the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Shape into rolls on a baking sheet and allow to proof for an hour

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
